Celebrating You!

This package includes 12 total hours of venue access, divided into 6 hours for preparation and 6 hours for your event and breakdown. For up to 150 guests, tables and chairs are provided, along with a personalized floor plan design and an on-site host to assist throughout your event.

Guests have access to the 40' x 48' outdoor patio, ideal for dancing, as well as the Carriage House bar area. Venue preparation and breakdown, including clean-up and trash removal, are included to ensure a seamless experience.

One security guard is included, with the option to arrange additional security personnel for an added fee. A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your event date, and all events must conclude no later than 12:00 AM.

A holiday rate of $1,500 applies to events booked on New Year’s Eve, Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas week.
