An Oak Floor Occasion

This package is designed to provide a beautifully paced, stress-free wedding experience from start to finish.

Your celebration begins on Friday with three hours of exclusive access to the Mansion for decorating and pre-ceremony preparations. This time allows you to place personal details with care and bring your vision to life.

On your wedding day, you’ll return for ten additional hours of exclusive access. The day opens with four hours devoted to dressing, photography, and final touches in the Bridal and Groom Suites. As anticipation builds, guests may begin arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony, with access to the ceremony site, foyer, and restrooms.

When it’s time to say “I do,” choose either the picturesque front brick terrace or the intimate backyard patio as your ceremony backdrop. The celebration then continues with six hours reserved for your ceremony, reception, and breakdown, creating a seamless, unhurried evening.

This package includes floral centerpieces, bouquet, boutonnière, in-house décor and table décor, a silver cake stand, Astin Mansion white china, flatware, glassware, and paper napkins—plus professional day-of coordination to ensure every detail flows effortlessly. A one-hour ceremony rehearsal and professional security are also provided.
