Coordination

This Day-of Coordination package—available with the Legacy and Oak Floor Occasion packages—is designed to provide guidance, organization, and confidence from the final planning stages through your last dance.

In the months leading up to your wedding, you’ll meet with your coordinator for two dedicated planning sessions and enjoy unlimited phone and email communication to ensure every detail is thoughtfully addressed. During this time, you’ll receive support with vendor selection, etiquette guidance, vendor communication and coordination, creation of a custom wedding-day timeline, personalized floor-plan design, and linen and décor selection.

On your wedding day, your coordinator will provide up to 12 hours of dedicated support. From managing vendors and overseeing setup to directing the ceremony and assisting with post-ceremony photography, every element is carefully managed. Your coordinator will serve as the on-site point of contact for all vendors, manage the timeline throughout the event, oversee cake cutting and distribution, assist with guest management, facilitate the grand exit, and plan for any weather-related contingencies—ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience.

A 50% deposit is due upon service approval and will be applied to your final invoice.
